This opportunity is for a comprehensive upgrade of audiovisual (A/V) and video teleconferencing (VTC) systems in two conference rooms at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, for the U.S. Marine Corps: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, 2nd Marine Division (2DMARDIV) G-6, Division Headquarters, Camp Lejeune, NC - Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune - Products and Equipment Requested: - Commercial-grade displays for both Division and Executive Conference Rooms - Mounting hardware, cabling, and cable-management materials - Multiple network connection points (up to 30 feet supported) - Video teleconferencing solutions supporting SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and Microsoft Teams - Upgraded ceiling speaker and microphone systems - Video conferencing codecs - Table-mounted and touch-panel control systems (21–27 inch panels) - Interface or extension device for existing camera (if required) - Services Requested: - On-site installation, integration, and testing of all equipment - Three-year service agreement including 24x7 helpdesk, repairs, updates, maintenance, and warranty - Annual preventative maintenance visits - Unique Requirements: - Contractor personnel must have SECRET clearance and comply with base access requirements - All equipment must be compatible with government network configuration and cybersecurity authorization - Cabling must be concealed where practicable and safe - Remote support within one hour during normal hours; routine on-site support within 48–72 hours; emergency support as soon as available - Contract Structure: - Base period for delivery, installation, and initial service agreement - Two option years for continued service agreements and warranties - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solutions must be commercial-grade and compatible with government requirements - Quantities: - Most items are single units per room; network connection points total three - Period of Performance: - 180 days for installation and setup; three-year service agreement with annual maintenance; two option years for extended support
