The City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission held a meeting on December 29, 2025, focusing on several procurement and real estate matters. The commission approved a $10,000 settlement agreement to terminate the existing lease with HBTK Test Kitchen, allowing for a new tenant to take over the space. They also approved a three-year lease agreement with Kelsey Murphy, a Master Chef winner, including a tenant improvement allowance of up to $250,000 funded by excess tax increment financing (TIF) and a 1.5% revenue share with the city. Additionally, the commission approved two real estate purchase agreements for properties at 11425 Lantern Road ($1.3 million) and two parcels on South Street ($3 million), contingent upon satisfactory appraisals and due diligence. Lastly, the commission approved a letter to the county regarding the annual pass-through of excess increment funds, opting not to pass through any funds for the upcoming year.
