Description

The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified consultant to design and administer a statistically representative survey, a scoping survey, and two focus groups involving consumers and builders. Respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system to access the solicitation, ask questions, receive addenda and submit bids.
