Norwich Public Utilities is seeking experienced, multidisciplinary, full-service engineering consulting firms to provide on-call engineering, construction management, and construction inspection services for wastewater collection system improvements. NPU will execute multiple on-call agreements under this RFQ. Each category of work will have its own on-call list of qualified and selected engineering consulting firms.
