Summit County is seeking an individual attorney to provide public defender services in indigent juvenile delinquency cases. The work includes representation in Summit County juvenile court matters and other conflict juvenile court locations, but excludes child welfare and termination of parental rights cases. The contract runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an option for one 24-month renewal; compensation is $62,088 annually, with possible CPI adjustments subject to County Council appropriations approval.
