Peterborough County is seeking a contractor for seasonal curbside and depot collection of leaf and yard materials. - Government buyer: The Corporation of the County of Peterborough. - Requested service: Seasonal collection of leaf and yard materials, including curbside pickup and collection at transfer stations and/or landfills. - Curbside service currently occurs seven times per year in Bridgenorth, Ennismore Areas, Lakefield, Terraview Heights, and Woodland Acres in Selwyn; Donwood in Douro Dummer; Havelock in Havelock Belmont Methuen; Keene and Lang in Otonabee South Monaghan; Millbrook and North Monaghan in Cavan Monaghan; and Norwood in Asphodel Norwood. - Depot collection is required at transfer stations and/or landfills in three townships; the specific sites and service details are set out in the Specifications Schedule. - No OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity. Description

The County is seeking seasonal curbside and depot collection of leaf and yard materials within Peterborough County. Curbside collection currently takes place seven times per year in specified settlement areas across six townships. The County will also work with three townships to provide collection services at their transfer stations and/or landfills, as described in the Specifications Schedule. The contract term runs from March 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with an option for up to two one-year extensions; the first curbside collections are scheduled for April 2027.
