Approximate structure or shed areas range from 200 to 4,580 square feet. - Important site limits: Some properties require removal of rear structures only. Certain main structures, driveways, sidewalks, fences, vehicles, and a boat must remain, as specified for each site. City-owned sidewalks and driveway approaches are generally excluded from removal where noted. - Notable requirements: Complete the work within no more than 25 consecutive working days. Prevailing wage requirements apply. The bid requests evidence of at least two years of operation under the current company, five references for similar recent work, a detailed schedule, safety/liability and dust/noise control plans, site security plan, equipment list, and licensing information. Late completion may incur $100 per day per structure in liquidated damages. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or commercial vendors are named; no branded products or part numbers are requested.
