Description

The City of Cleveland seeks development proposals and purchase bids for two vacant, City-owned parcels totaling approximately 3.74 acres. Proposed development may be commercial/industrial, residential, or mixed-use, and must support the stated goals of returning the parcels to tax-productive use and addressing resident and community needs. The selected buyer must purchase each parcel at or above fair market value as determined by the Cleveland Board of Control and hold at least three engagement sessions with an area CDC during due diligence. Proposals and sealed bids must be submitted separately through OpenGov; evaluation considers development strength, alignment with the RFP requirements, and bid value.
