Description

The project includes modernization of the existing three-storey Quarry Park Professional Centre and construction of an adjacent addition. Associated sitework is also included, as specified in the contract documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically as three separate files: technical, financial, and surety submissions. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2026, and the anticipated work period is December 15, 2026, through May 28, 2028.
