Description

The City of Raleigh seeks one or more qualified firms located in the Raleigh area to provide residential survey services for its Housing and Community Development Code Enforcement Division. The solicitation concerns survey plot plans needed by the City’s Planning and Development Department when obtaining demolition permits. A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of the solicitation. Proposals must be submitted as hard copies and on a flash drive by November 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
