North Carolina LiDAR Quality-Control and Surveying Services

North Carolina is seeking qualified surveying firms for LiDAR quality-control and related work. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Public Safety, through the North Carolina Geodetic Survey (NCGS), within North Carolina Emergency Management’s Hazard Mitigation Program Support (HMPS). - Requested services: Surveying services, including the personnel, equipment, and other resources needed to perform the work described in Exhibit A. Description

The North Carolina Geodetic Survey intends to award multiple qualifications-based selection contracts to qualified private surveying firms. The work includes the services, equipment, personnel, and other resources needed to perform the requirements and deliverables in the Scope of Work, Exhibit A. Services will be issued as delivery orders under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, and selection is based on qualifications rather than cost, followed by contract negotiations. Joint ventures are not permitted; the selected prime firm will manage any subcontractors, subject to HMPS approval.
