The California Highway Patrol’s Central Los Angeles Area office seeks ongoing HVAC and water-dispenser maintenance services for its facility. - Buyer: California State Transportation Agency, Department of the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Central Los Angeles Area office. - Services requested: - 18 bi-monthly preventive maintenance and inspection visits for HVAC equipment and facility ductwork, including labor, materials, filters, belts, consumables, refrigerant recapture, service records, and debris removal. - 6 semiannual water-dispenser service visits to replace the pre-filter, carbon filter, and carbon filter stage. - 3 annual water-dispenser services to replace the reverse-osmosis membrane and sanitize and recharge the system. - Scope limits: Miscellaneous repairs are not funded under this agreement and require prior approval and separate funding. No equipment purchase is requested. - Requirements: Bidders need a valid California C-20 HVAC contractor license and DIR registration. A mandatory site walk-through is required.
