Description

The STM is seeking a proponent for a collaborative partnership contract for the future Garage Anjou, part of Montréal’s Blue Line extension project. The garage will support the turning, sequencing, storage, insertion and removal of up to 17 trains, along with light and sanitary maintenance, and includes approximately 2.2 km of tunnels and related structures and facilities. The selected proponent will enter into a contract with the client and participate in the project team; selection is entirely qualitative and focused on collaboration, innovation, and meeting the client’s needs. The estimated admissible cost is CAD 413.6 million, excluding GST and QST, and the estimated contract duration is 48 months.
