Pueblo Rural School District 70 is seeking dedicated internet service for its Online School annex in Pueblo West. - Government buyer: Pueblo Rural School District 70; no sub-agency or office is identified. - Requested service: One fully managed Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service with transport. Providers are asked to price 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps options; the minimum is symmetrical 500 Mbps download and upload. - Service requirements: Dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, no data caps or usage-based slowdowns, static IP addresses, router lease options and pricing, installation and initial configuration, and delivery to the building’s MDF demarcation point. SPI discount billing is required. - OEMs and named vendors: No eligible internet service provider is named. Huawei and ZTE are identified as covered manufacturers whose equipment or services are prohibited. - Performance term: The initial contracted term may be up to 36 months, with two optional 12-month extensions.
