Description

The Department of National Defence requires learning designers and custom e-learning programmers to design, develop, test, and implement instructional programs, digital learning products, and e-learning solutions supporting RCAF training and education. The requirement covers four senior and four intermediate Learning Designers, plus eight senior and eight intermediate Customer e-Learning Product Programmers. Work is remote, though travel to DND sites in Canada may be required, and the contract duration is 24 months with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027. This RFP is open only to the listed pre-qualified TSPS Supply Arrangement suppliers, and the solicitation documents will be emailed to invited suppliers.
