Description

Houston City College is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms or contractors to conduct a comprehensive, independent assessment of the College’s operations. The procurement is a Request for Proposal under Chapter 44.031 of the Texas Education Code. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Houston City College Bonfire by December 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
