Description

The contract covers the labor, services, equipment, machinery, energy, chemicals, and other resources needed to empty, dewater, load, transport, and dispose of or lawfully recover sludge from aerated ponds 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the Municipalité d'Ormstown wastewater treatment plant. The work is divided into four items, one for each pond, with separate lump-sum fees and unit prices per metric tonne of dry matter. The contractor must notify the Municipality in writing at least two weeks before work begins and identify intended subcontractors. Work must begin as soon as possible after award, continue for no more than four weeks, and be completed by December 10, 2027.
