Description

This ITQ seeks to qualify responsible and responsive Curtailment Service Providers (CSPs) to facilitate Commonwealth facilities’ participation in Demand Response Programs administered by PJM Interconnection, LLC. Local Public Procurement Units may also use the contract under the COSTARS Provision. Qualifications are accepted only electronically through JAGGAER. The contract duration is June 1, 2027, through May 31, 2031.
