Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to invite industry input, feedback, and recommendations on the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for brokerage services to acquire aviation liability insurance at current and future Federal Aviation Administration Contract Towers (FCTs), to include the future use of Digital Tower Systems. Industry is also encouraged to address the attached questions regarding the integration of Digital Tower Systems into the Aviation Liability Insurance program.
This notice is published solely for planning and scope-refinement purposes. It does not constitute a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposals of any kind. The primary goal of this release is to seek feedback from industry on the clarity, feasibility, and structure of the proposed requirements prior to issuing a final solicitation.
The agency is not requesting general company capabilities, marketing materials, unsolicited proposals, or corporate overviews at this time. Feedback should focus specifically on the draft SOW requirements. Participation in this RFI is entirely voluntary. All information provided will be at no cost to the Government, and no reimbursement will be made for any materials or effort submitted.
