Miami-Dade County is hosting an in-person outreach meeting to help small businesses learn about county procurement opportunities and resources. - Who it is for: Small businesses, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. - What to expect: Live training on the County’s INFORMS procurement system and related websites, including how to find business opportunities and solicitation documents, followed by a question-and-answer session. - Additional topics: County project forecasts, future requests for proposals, DBE/SBE certification, bonding, and financial assistance. - Participants: Representatives from the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, Strategic Procurement Department, Transit and Public Works, and other local agencies and resources are expected. - Attendance: RSVP is required, and space is limited. No goods or services are being solicited.
