The contractor must obtain applicable certifications and maintain annual certification. - Sites and pricing: Monthly fully loaded rates are requested for Grasmick Building, Hilton Heights, and Public Defenders locations. Description

The State seeks comprehensive elevator maintenance services at Baltimore Public Buildings and Grounds and various Department of General Services locations. Work includes labor, materials, parts, supervision, equipment, and related items for repairs, adjustments, emergency service, preventive and routine maintenance, testing, and personnel extraction for elevators, chair lifts, and dumbwaiters on a 24/7 basis. The contractor must obtain applicable certifications and maintain annual certification. The initial term is three years, with two one-year renewal options.
