Garden City Drainage Pond and Sanitary Sewer Construction Projects

Description

The City of Garden City is soliciting sealed bids for two separate projects that will result in independent contracts: Spruce Street Pond Improvements and the Stone Creek Drive Sanitary Sewer Project. The pond work generally includes excavation of a drainage pond, storm sewer, manholes and inlets, restoration, seeding, and erosion control. The sewer work generally includes 1,300 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer, manholes, and temporary bypass pumping. Bids may be submitted separately, as tied bids, or both, and will be received in person, by mail, or electronically by December 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time.
