Bay County is seeking replacement PLCs and associated I/O modules for its Military Point wastewater treatment plant. - Government buyer: Bay County Board of County Commissioners, Florida. - Location: Military Point Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, Bay County, Florida. - OEM: Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley). Description

Replace old SLC500 controllers and associated I/O modules with new ControlLogix or CompactLogix PLCs and associated I/O modules at the Bay County Military Point Advanced Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with Scope of Work Exhibit 2. Bids must be submitted sealed and will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 19, 2026; respondents who do not attend will be deemed nonresponsive and disqualified. Vendors must be Florida-licensed general contractors, and subcontractors must hold applicable trade licenses.
