Anna ISD fiber connectivity for Ora Bell Russell Elementary School

Description

Anna ISD is seeking proposals for network connectivity for Ora Bell Russell Elementary School, a new campus scheduled to open in August 2027. The RFP includes two service categories: purchased or leased dedicated dark fiber, and leased lit point-to-point Ethernet fiber, between the District Administration Building and the new school. The specified service is expected by July 1, 2027, and proposals may address either or both categories. Anna ISD will evaluate proposals for best long-term value and intends to seek USAC reimbursement through the E-rate program.
