The County has no preferred replacement manufacturer; bids must meet or exceed specifications. - Products requested: Two replacement flight-type dishwashers for meal trays, each approximately 26 feet long by 3 feet wide, with no part numbers specified: - One left-to-right unit and one right-to-left unit. - Each requires 480V/60Hz/3-phase power, an electric booster heater and blower dryer, prewash temperature control, insulated counterbalanced sliding doors, extended feet, a hammer arrestor, pressure-reducing valve, prison security package, and reinforced conveyor belt and fingers. - Services: Remove and dispose of both existing units; deliver and install both replacements. Pricing must include labor, materials, travel, freight, permits, training, and related costs. - Facility and security requirements: Preserve the existing footprint, connect to the current hood interlock, and leave existing water softeners in place.
