Mecklenburg County is seeking single-prime, lump-sum bids for construction of the Spratt A Deep Energy Retrofit project at 500 Spratt Street Unit A, Charlotte, North Carolina. Sealed, hand-delivered proposals are due November 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST; electronic bids are not permitted. Prime General Contractors must submit a written Letter of Interest to the County’s authorized design consultant at least 48 hours before bid opening to be included on the official bidders list and considered responsive. Bid, performance, and payment and material bonds are required.
