Description

The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for Digital Engineering Advisory and Implementation Services. The Authority intends to establish non-exclusive standing-offer agreements with up to two successful proponents in each technical category described in Part III – Project Scope. Proponents may propose for one or more categories, and services will be requested through individually authorized call-ups if required. A proponent selected in multiple categories will receive a single agreement covering its successful categories.
