Description

The U.S. Department of State seeks statements of interest for projects that strengthen Moldova’s energy security and trade connectivity while expanding opportunities for U.S. energy, logistics, and infrastructure businesses and investors. Projects may address energy generation, storage, and grid technologies or improve the Port of Giurgiulesti’s trade and logistics role, and may cover one or both lines of effort. All submissions must address objectives concerning protective regulatory and market frameworks and sustained U.S. commercial impact. This is the first stage of a two-step process; selected applicants may be invited to submit a full proposal, and funding is subject to availability.
