Description

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, fuel, lubrication, and incidentals needed to groom seven sections of the C.J. Ramstad North Shore State Trail. The grooming schedule will depend on trail conditions, weather, and budget considerations, and the DNR project supervisor may adjust it as needed. Each trail section will be awarded separately to the responsible, qualified bidder with the lowest sum-total bid for that section. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
