Gravel crushing services for the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews No. 287

The Rural Municipality of St. Andrews No. 287 is seeking a contractor to crush gravel at its municipal pit for local road and seal-coat use. - Government buyer: Rural Municipality of St. Andrews No. 287, Municipal Office. - Requested output: - Approximately 62,000 cubic yards of 3/4-inch traffic gravel, produced from the existing raw-material stockpile. - Approximately 1,500 cubic yards of seal coat gravel meeting Ministry of Highways Seal Coat Specification No. 117. - Work location: Municipal gravel pit at SE 31-31-12 W3. - The contractor must provide a per-cubic-yard price covering all work costs. Payment is based on the final measured quantity; the municipality may request up to 5% additional crushing at the same price and conditions. - Bids must include equipment details, an onsite safety plan, workers’ compensation documentation, proof of at least $2 million liability insurance per incident, three business references, and a proposed work schedule. - Preferred work windows are fall or the following spring/summer; an earlier spring schedule may be mutually agreed if it provides cost savings. - No OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the opportunity.
