The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking quotes for Consilium Marine fire-alarm components for its logistics operations. - Buyer: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), under CG-SEA-C21. - OEM: Consilium Marine US Inc. - Products requested: - 12 MCP-A SCI WP (GB) addressable manual call points, part number 5200031-02B; IP67-rated and includes SCI. - 12 EV-H/CS 84C heat detectors, part number 5101060-00A; IP67-rated and includes SCI. - Requirements: Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking with MIL-STD-129R. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, and quotes must confirm compliance. - Delivery and evaluation: FOB destination to the USCG SFLC receiving facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Quotes will be evaluated for technical compliance, delivery timeframe, and price.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR Overhaul Part 12 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 70ZU0127QAG002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  Full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. No down payments or advanced payments will be made to the awarded vendor.

Award will be made on a Best Value Basis as result of this synopsis/solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.  Best Value will be evaluated by who meets all technical requirements, who meets our required time frame and by price.

All quotes shall be emailed to Eric Goldstein via Eric.I.Goldstein@uscg.mil and shall be received no later than 12 NOV 26 at 10:00 am (eastern).  All emails quotes shall have 70ZU0127QAG002 in subject of email.
