Turnkey operation of Wellesley Island State Park golf course and clubhouse concession

New York State Parks is seeking a turnkey operator for the golf course and clubhouse concession at Wellesley Island State Park. - Government buyer: New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Concessions Management Bureau. - Opportunity: Operate and maintain the 9-hole golf course, clubhouse food and beverage service, pro shop, green-fee collection, and golf-cart rentals. - Provide affordable offerings and high-quality customer service. - Maintain the course, equipment, clubhouse, and related facilities; the operator bears operating costs and pays the State a license fee. - Minimum annual license fee: $2,000. Description

NY State Parks is soliciting proposals for turnkey operation and maintenance of the golf course and clubhouse concession at Wellesley Island State Park Golf Course.
