Description

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide construction management, inspection, engineering, scheduling, cost estimating, and safety oversight for replacement of the LIRR Fresh Pond Yard Truss Bridge on the Bay Ridge Branch. The project includes construction of a new bridge, track installation and reconfiguration, yard interchange track realignment, new retaining walls and track infrastructure, and demolition and removal of the existing bridge. Services also include submittal reviews, quality assurance, schedule and cost control, environmental compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination through construction and closeout. The stated estimated value is $5M–$10M.
