The scope includes configuration, integration with applicable payment-processing and parking-enforcement systems, implementation and transition planning, testing, training, and ongoing support. The solution must accommodate locations added during the contract term and operate in a multi-provider environment; pay stations are outside the scope. The City may select one or more proponents.
