Santé Québec Outaouais is seeking Varian Eclipse treatment-planning and C-series linear accelerator upgrades for Gatineau Hospital. - Government buyer: Santé Québec Outaouais; hospital site: Gatineau Hospital. - OEM: Varian. - Products requested: - 1 Advanced Planner Desktop workstation, 1 compatible GPU card, and 1 27-inch monitor. - Eclipse licenses: 2 RapidArc, 1 Portal Dosimetry calculation, 5 RapidPlan, 5 Multi-Criteria Optimization (MCO), 2 HyperArc, and 1 RT Peer Review tool. - Services: 1 C-series linear accelerator treatment console upgrade and clinical training for the new Eclipse licenses. - Key requirements: The added options must integrate with the Eclipse TPS at Gatineau Hospital, currently version 15.6 and expected to be upgraded to version 18.2. The workstation must work with the Distributed Calculation Framework (DCF), and the GPU must be compatible with the workstation in hardware and software.

Description

Santé Québec Outaouais intends to procure upgrades to Varian’s Eclipse treatment-planning system and a C-series linear accelerator. The procurement includes a workstation, GPU card, monitor, software licenses and options, and a treatment console upgrade. Training for clinical use of the new Eclipse TPS licenses is also included. The added options must integrate with the Eclipse TPS at Gatineau Hospital, and the workstation and GPU must meet the stated compatibility requirements.
