Description
The County of Vermilion River is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide ERP assessment, modernization, selection, and implementation advisory services. The work includes assessing current processes, software, reporting, and integrations; developing ERP strategy and future-state design; and supporting procurement evaluation. The consultant will also support implementation, change management, organizational readiness, training, and transition to ongoing operations, remaining engaged as an independent advisor throughout the project lifecycle. The estimated contract period is 31 months, with a proposed start date of May 1, 2027.
