Generator system replacement at U.S. Embassy Jakarta’s CMR

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to replace the generator system at CMR in Jakarta. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Jakarta, GSO/PCU. - OEM: CAT (Caterpillar), manufacturer of the Embassy-furnished C4.4 Model DE110E2 generator. - Requested work and equipment: One generator replacement project, including installation and commissioning of the 110 kVA CAT generator with a new ATS, 1,000-liter day tank, fuel piping, muffler/exhaust, and feeder cables. - Provide, maintain, and remove a temporary 150 kVA, three-phase, 4-pole, 380/220 V generator with ATS and a 200-liter tank. - Dismantle and transport the existing 113 kVA generator, day tank, and ATS to the Pondok Pinang warehouse. - Modify the generator room and perform load and transfer testing; clean and restore affected areas. - Notable requirements: The new CAT generator is Embassy-furnished. The contractor supplies the temporary generator and the labor, materials, equipment, and services needed for the replacement work.
