Preventive maintenance for U.S. Embassy Rangoon potable-water and wastewater systems

U.S. Embassy Rangoon is seeking annual preventive maintenance for its potable-water and wastewater systems at the NEC Compound. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Rangoon, Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). - Scope: Preventive maintenance and testing for potable-water treatment equipment and the wastewater collection and treatment plant. - Potable-water systems: 15 units in the base year; 15, 16, 15, and 15 units in the four option years, respectively. - Wastewater systems: 5 units in the base year and each option year. - Services include: Chemicals, labor, tools, equipment, logistics, water-quality testing and analysis, wastewater testing and maintenance, reports, and annual operator familiarization.
