Tribalco LLC is also listed as an approved source, part number TICS.70.10004. - Key requirements: Warmers must heat blood or IV fluids from 2–6°C to 38°C ±2°C within 10 seconds, with a maximum flow rate of 150 mL/min under the stated test conditions. They must be sterile, lightweight, compatible with standard IV infusion sets, suitable for single-patient use for up to 72 hours, and have IP54 protection. - Shelf life and labeling: 48-month shelf life, with no more than 8 months between manufacture and delivery. Labels must include the NSN, manufacturer and CAGE, manufacture and expiration or retest dates, and contract/lot number. FDA-related requirements are also specified. - Delivery: Within 84 days after order, FOB destination to the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center Europe.
