The purpose of these sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 513210 (size standard of $47 Million). Responses to these sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After reviewing the responses to these sources-sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to these sources-sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.

System and server update needed to function on the Windows 11 platform as required by IT. Current software edition and computers cannot be updated to Windows 11. Server update needed for HL7 implementation.
