Pagosa Ranger District Janitorial Services

The USDA Forest Service is seeking janitorial services for the Pagosa Ranger District facility in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, San Juan National Forest, Pagosa Ranger District. - Scope: Cleaning for approximately 5,437 square feet and two restrooms, including weekday daily service, weekly cleaning, and annual specialty cleaning. - Scheduled service quantities: 260 daily cleanings and 52 weekly cleanings per year, plus one annual cleaning per year, for a one-year base period and four one-year options. - Key requirements: Contractor provides labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and cleaning supplies. Bio-based products are required to the maximum practical extent; energy-efficient products and applicable EPA-designated products containing recovered materials are also required. The Government provides specified access, facilities, utilities, and certain restroom supplies. - Specialty work: Annual carpet steam cleaning, exterior power washing, vent and air-intake cleaning, and restroom grout/tile deep cleaning. Additional surveillance requirements cover windows, surfaces, trash, entrance areas, and periodic floor and window care. - OEMs and vendors: No specific OEMs, product brands, or vendors are named; no product part numbers are specified. - Competition and award: Total small-business set-aside; janitorial services are evaluated for technical acceptability and price. The notice identifies NAICS 561720 and a $22 million small-business size standard.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LP27Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a services requirement for janitorial services for the Pagsoa Ranger District, 180 Pagosa Springs, Colorado. See attachemtns for complete details and requirements for solicitation response. 

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22 M.
