The Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) seeks an industry partner to provide recruitment process outsourcing services to accelerate intake for priority and in-demand Canadian Armed Forces occupations. The services must use modern tools and solutions to rapidly screen large pools of candidate information, cross-reference occupational prerequisites, and re-engage candidates to apply for priority occupations. The procurement is for one contract, with a stated duration of 12 months and a proposed start date of December 7, 2026.
