Santé Québec Outaouais is seeking Varian Eclipse treatment-planning upgrades, licenses, equipment, and training for Hôpital de Gatineau. - Buyer: Santé Québec Outaouais, for Hôpital de Gatineau. - OEM: Varian, whose Eclipse treatment-planning system and Series C linear accelerator are being upgraded. Siemens Healthcare Limited is identified as the selected supplier. - Products requested: - 1 Advanced Planner Desktop workstation, 1 compatible GPU card, and 1 27-inch monitor. - 2 RapidArc licenses, 1 Portal Dosimetry calculation license, 5 RapidPlan licenses, 5 Multi-Criteria Optimization (MCO) option licenses, 2 HyperArc licenses, and 1 RT Peer Review tool license. - 1 treatment console upgrade for a Series C linear accelerator. - Service: Clinical-use training for the new Eclipse licenses. - Requirements: The products and licenses must integrate with the hospital’s existing Eclipse system. The workstation must support the Distributed Calculation Framework (DCF), and the GPU must be compatible with the workstation in both hardware and software. The existing Eclipse system is version 15.6 and is expected to be upgraded to version 18.2.

Santé Québec Outaouais intends to procure upgrades to the Varian Eclipse treatment planning system and a Series C linear accelerator. The procurement includes a workstation, GPU card, monitor, software licenses and options, a treatment console upgrade, and clinical-use training. The equipment and licenses must integrate with the Eclipse system at Hôpital de Gatineau, which is currently version v15.6 and expected to be upgraded to v18.2 in early 2027.
