Shipments may support CONUS, OCONUS, and Foreign Military Sales customers.

Description

NSN 5970-00-955-9976, SPE4A627R0007 is for a long-term contract consisting of a one (5- year) base period.

The solicitation will be in accordance with basic drawing NR CID-A-A-59163B.

The acquisition has been set aside for women-owned small business concern. Only offers from women-owned small businesses will be accepted.    

FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will be at origin.

Production Delivery :

TIME DEFINITE DELIVERY (TDD) STANDARDS Supplier Responsibility Point Number of Days Offer of Materiel to DCMA or Transporter - CAT 1 1 day

Offer of Materiel to DCMA or Transporter - CAT 2 2 days

Offer of Materiel to DCMA or Transporter - CAT 3 3 days

Transporter carrier drop-off (at CONUS location) - CAT 1 4 days

 Transporter carrier drop-off (at CONUS location) - CAT 2 7 days

Transporter carrier drop-off (at CONUS location) - CAT 3 11 day be stated on solicitation.

FMS ORDERS WILL REQUIRE ORIGIN INSPECTION AND WILL HAVE A 30 DAY DELIVERY TIME FRAME. FOB POINT WILL BE ORIGIN AND FDT (FIRST DESTINATION TRANSPORTATION) WILL NOT APPLY.

Shipments will be Oconus, Conus and FMS:

-FMS (FOREIGN MILITARY SALES)

- OCONUS CUSTOMER DIRECT (DIRECT CUSTOMER SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

- CONUS CUSTOMER DIRECT (DIRECT CUSTOMER SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

   Estimated annual demand (EAD) for the 5-year base period: 22,125 Rolls.

GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR THE BASE PERIOD ONLY: 6141 Rolls.
