The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking window film and installation for 43 vehicles.
Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is soliciting bids for full window tint and installation on 43 vehicles when they arrive at the Department of General Services Vehicle Garage. Each vehicle must receive XR Plus Ceramic film with 96% heat rejection, 99% UV protection, and a lifetime warranty against color fading or adhesive bubbling, registered by VIN. Tint installation covers side windows, rear glass, and the front windshield sun strip; the specified manufacturer components have no acceptable substitutions. Installation will take place at the DGS garage or another locally agreed location, and the solicitation states this is a one-time purchase with renewal options.
