The Department of the Air Force is seeking Inmarsat Aero I communications services for two Kuwait-operated C-17 aircraft. - Buyer: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), office AFLCMC WLMKA (FA8526); contact: Andrea Cervantes. - Requirement: Inmarsat voice and flight deck services for aircraft 30001A (serial 13-0001) and 30002A (serial 13-0002). - Service line items: 10 firm-fixed-price lots—one per aircraft for the basic year and each of four option periods; see service line items for part numbers 0001–4002 and quantities. - Period: one 12-month basic year and four 12-month option periods, for up to five years total. The options are awarded but not exercised. - The notice identifies the acquisition as sole source. No product part numbers or additional technical specifications are stated.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA852627QB002 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for C17 Kuwait Inmarsat Service Voice and Flight Deck Services.  This solicitation is a sole source acquitision to Satcom Direct Government LLC (Cage Code: 68G21) Quotes are being requested no later than 12 November 2026 03:00 PM.
