Description

The City of Oak Ridge is seeking a qualified real estate agent or firm to provide commercial and other real estate services on an as-needed basis. Services include valuing, listing, marketing, and selling City-owned properties; recommending sales strategies and rental rates; negotiating offers; and coordinating appraisals, due diligence, and closings. The initial contract term is two years, with up to two additional two-year extensions. Sealed proposals are due November 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time.
