FY27 Jefferson Barracks ANGS Construction and Repair Project Forecast

The Missouri Air National Guard forecasts nine FY27 construction projects at Jefferson Barracks ANGS in St. Louis, Missouri. - Forecasted work: Renovation and seismic retrofit of a Security Forces facility; floor, roof, masonry, chiller, fire-alarm, and air-conditioning repairs; and a design-build domestic-water service loop. - Estimated project magnitudes: From less than $25,000 to approximately $4–5 million. - Anticipated procurement: Requests for quotations using Commercial Simplified Procedures are expected in FY27 Q2 or Q3; solicitation numbers are TBD. Individual projects will be solicited separately, and the forecast may change or be canceled. - Interested businesses: The contracting office invites businesses to provide a SAM UEI, single-project and aggregate bonding capacity, and a summary of in-house capabilities. Description

This special notice is being posted by the 131st Mission Support Group Contracting Office to provide small businesses a forecast of upcoming construction/repair contract opportunities at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS), St. Louis MO 63125. This notice will be updated periodically throughout the fiscal year as projected requirements change. Please follow this notice and add your firm to the interested vendors list to receive updates.

If your firm is interested in submitting a response to any projected procurement, please send the following information to the POC(s) via email. There is no deadline for submitting information.
