Emergency cleanup response is required within four hours, with tanker trucks responding within two hours. - Equipment and materials: Tankers must hold at least 5,000 gallons and include 3- and 4-inch hoses and fittings. Equipment includes a front-end loader with a minimum 3-cubic-yard bucket, backhoe, skid steer, dump trucks of at least 10 cubic yards, and roll-off bins of at least 15 cubic yards. Spill supplies include sheeting, sandbags, booms, signs, and caution tape. - OEM: Bobcat is named for the S100 skid steer; an equivalent is acceptable. No other OEM, reseller, or awardee is identified. - Notable requirements: Provide operators, a two-person certified heavy-equipment crew and supervisor; meet applicable traffic-control rules; dispose of brine-impacted soil and perform landfill-required testing; and supply Greenbook-compliant dry backfill capable of at least 90% compaction. Work may occur outside normal business hours. - Estimated quantities: The cost sheet includes 100 scheduled draining units, 40 unplanned draining units, 40 emergency-cleanup units, 80 tons of soil disposal, and equipment, crew, traffic-control, and spill-material estimates detailed below. Quantities are estimates and payment is for work performed. - Agreement term: Documents describe a multiyear agreement with an extension option, but conflict on the base-term end point; confirm the controlling term with SAWPA.
