Description

Ville de Saguenay is seeking professional services from an IT consultant who will also act as a project manager as operational needs arise within the Business Relations, Development and Geomatics Division of the Information Resources Department. The contract is for 47 weeks. It will be awarded to a compliant bidder receiving the highest score under the bid quality-evaluation system, although the City does not commit to accepting any bid. Bids must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Procurement Division or electronically through SEAO by November 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Quebec Legal Time. Only businesses established in Canada or a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement will be considered for award.
